Oi Oi Oi! It's fashion week!!!! Yes, cause I'm sure they would chant slang amongst the classy cat walk....
It seems a decade since I talked proper fashion and I have missed it tremendously.
Anywho here we go! What's on the runway this season?.....
I must say it is all rather delectable!
Sydney's Fashion Week never fails to impress. Like I say time and time again we Aussie's have some super insane talent in all fields and fashion is certaintly no exception.
Alex Perry well didn't you take boots to whole new heights! Frankly, I aint gonna be seen dead in these but they work on the runway. It was classic Perry structure - high necks, amazing floral and neutrals with a splash of yellow. LOVE it Mr Perry!
There is always someone who wants to do things differently and this year it was the wonderful Aurelio Costarella. No runway for you madam!, It's all about models on display. They stood on pedastals as the lucky invited could gaze at these wonderful creations from all angles.
Hmmmm.... anyone willing to lend me some moola so I can own this delicious green number...
Camilla and Marc - a wonder of a dream team and fast becoming an Australian icon. This year marks a decade of fabulous designs, my goodness time just flies.
Loving the detailing on the skirt line and the colour palette! What would you call that - metallic olive?
Oh Romance Was Born! How you forget all manner of appropriateness and throw away the world of rules and regulations. This collection is not for the faint hearted - well, no Romance Was Born collection is. It's Harajuku girls on triple crack!
And finally the Maticevski collection. Soooo I might have an endless crush on this guy's designs. I can't really pin point what it is, but I just want it! Also he seems like an amazing, humble sort of character and we all love a bit of humble pie. Check out the highlights from his show here.
Well that's it for this week. I'm swamped in uni assessment, I'm suffering from a cold and I have work all weekend... so depending on my ability to stand, I may or may not be here for next week's TT... But who knows, I might just surprise you.
